English Sparkling Wines

We specialise in English sparkling wines. These are all made using the traditional method of bottle fermentation, where ageing on the lees adds to the complexity of the flavour. This typically takes about three years from harvest to the release of each vintage.

Eastcott Wines are fresh and fruity with a real English character. We have chosen styles of wine to suit our cool climate with a particular emphasis, therefore, on making sparkling wines. This is what England does best!

   Our Winemaking

A combination of the best age-old traditions with modern equipment afforded us the end to end control that we believe is essential for the production of small volume high quality wines. We nurtured the grapes with intensive hands on care throughout the year until they were hand-picked in the very best tradition.

We always favoured a minimal intervention approach to the winemaking whilst at the same time bringing our own exacting standards to the process.
