A crisp dry Rosé with a lovely balance of acidity and fruit. Pale pink, with hints of elderflower, strawberry and redcurrant.
Made from a blend of red and white grapes, the beautifully ripe fruit was de-stalked and gently pressed. The juice was then immediately transferred into a steel tank, the yeast added, and the fermentation allowed to complete to produce a crisp and fruity dry wine. After nearly 6 months maturation the wine was bottled in Spring 2009. Ready for drinking now.
