Brut Zero 2008

Style

A dry sparkling wine with a lovely fruity nose perfectly complemented by notes of citrus and gooseberry on the palate.

Winemaking Notes

Made using the traditional method, the base wine was matured for 6 months before bottling for second fermentation to make it sparkle. Maturation 'on the lees' for 15 months followed. No dosage was added at disgorging, retaining all the wine's crisp freshness and fine nose.

Furzehill White 2010

Style

A crisp dry wine with a delicate floral aroma and hints of green apples and lychees. Serve lightly chilled.

Winemaking Notes

This wine is made from carefully hand-picked grapes vinified in our own winery in Devon and is a perfect accompaniment to food. Several months aging in a stainless steel tank allowed the full flavours to develop.

Two Moors Rosé 2010

Style

A medium dry Rosé with redcurrant and strawberry notes ideal for drinking at any time or as an aperitif.

Winemaking Notes

This wine is made from a blend of Rondo with a small proportion of Dunkelfelder. The bunches were pressed without de-stalking and crushing to ensure extraction of just the right amount of colour to give a lovely strawberry pink. It has delicious flavours of strawberry and redcurrant which give this medium dry wine a very English character.

Gribbleford White 2010

Style

An elegant medium wine with notes of pineapple and kiwi fruit leading to a citrus finish. Serve lightly chilled.

Winemaking Notes

This wine is made from carefully hand picked Seyval Blanc grapes grown and vinified in Devon. Several months aging in a stainless steel tank allowed the full flavours to develop and the wine was then sweetened to complement the acidity. It has a clean, light aromatic nose.
